Bringing your vision to life starts here. We collaborate with you to create a design that reflects your lifestyle, budget, and aspirations. Our process includes up to three concept options, presented through 2D and 3D visualizations using BIM/CAD technology.

High-quality colored renders and 3D model views are available upon request, along with additional design refinements.

At this stage, we also conduct thorough research on your project and site location to ensure feasibility. We assess how the design will integrate with its surroundings and explore sustainable solutions to achieve a 7-star energy rating, helping to reduce long-term living costs.

Planning Drawings & Applications

Once concept drawings are approved, we can use the complete drawing set for a planning permit application with your local council if required.

We also work closely with town planners to help secure permit approval.

Additionally, we provide site plans for permits, including Class 10a structures such as sheds, when the manufacturer has already supplied suitable building drawings.

Construction & Working Drawings

This is the most exciting stage—your dream project is one step closer to construction!

With detailed drawings, you’ll see your design take shape as we collaborate with engineers, geotechnicians, and sustainable building consultants to refine the final structure, materials, and design elements.

For commercial projects, additional consultants may be required depending on the complexity and intended use.

Once completed, these Working or Construction Drawings are used to obtain a building permit and are provided to your builder for the next phase of construction.

Building Permit Submissions

Need help securing a building permit? We streamline the process by preparing the required drawings and gathering all necessary information for your project. We liaise with your local council or, if preferred, a registered building surveyor through our contract administration services to ensure a smooth approval process.
